Gaming Themed Course – Fall 2018
Introduction: This course is designed to increase the student’s ability to construct written prose of various kinds. It focuses on methods of organization, analysis, research skills, and the production of short expository and argumentative essays; readings consider issues of contemporary social and cultural concern. We will explore these proficiencies and skills through games. These objects will include games from a variety of media and will prepare you to use those skills to research, analyze, and compose an argument. A passing grade is C.
